Kelly’s Role: Kelly is the visionary developer and investor behind Infill Innovation with a passion for San Diego. He is responsible along with his partners for the strategic direction of the company. Kelly leads through the lens of knowing that each day brings challenges and opportunity. He believes his role as a leader is to make sure the right people are in the right seats, and then foster the passion we have as a collective to make a significant impact on the legacy of San Diego that we previously could only imagine. For him, this company is about the bigger community reach of providing dope living opportunities for hard working people. Kelly has successfully flipped more than 70 properties to date. As a real estate agent, brokerage owner, and coach, he has completed more than 500 sales transactions, three ground-up real estate development projects, and has built ten homes for the homeless in Baja over the past 5 years.
