Athena is responsible for pioneering and streamlining the necessary systems that will allow Infill Innovation to scale up to 100+ projects over the next 10 years. As an operations expert with experience managing a $35 million commercial real estate portfolio, Athena focuses on accountability, liability prevention, and leading from the trenches to create a culture of excellence. Her 16+ years of experience spans over accounting, contract administration, project management, recruiting, human resources and program management. Prior to joining Infill, Athena served as operations director for a global software development startup and pioneered its systematic growth from 4 employees to almost 100 team members in less than a year.
